Bring your Goal to Life by Jennifer Lamprey~🌴
“If you don’t have a vision, nothing happens” - Christopher Reeve-
When I first saw this quote, I was immediately drawn to it. As I have pondered its meaning, I have discovered that, for me, the quote is partially true. I am a visionary. Over many years, I have come to see that I create my life, whether I have a vision or not. I think Christopher Reeve’s might have meant that if we do not have a vision, the things that do happen are usually the things that we don’t want to happen. You see, I create my life. Life happens for better or for worse. My active vision is what opens the way for manifesting those things I really want in my life.
About 2 ½ years ago, I had a strong vision come to me. I saw in my mind a community of 1,000,000 women. They were standing in a line across the world. Some of them would step forward and lead the others with their unique gifts, then they would step back into line. Other women would then step out and lead with their unique gifts and talents, and so on. I saw this community of women being formed by the year 2020. I also saw that it would be created through online and in-person experiences and gatherings.
There have been many moments of discouragement, overwhelm, doubt and active limiting beliefs. As I have stepped back into the original vision I had, things have continually become clearer. New pathways have been opened up that bring about the manifestation of the vision. When I step back into the vision, there is always a creation of new connections, new knowledge, new collaborations, and much personal growth.
I know that many of you might think that you are not a visionary. If so, I would ask- Have you ever imagined anything? Vision is Imagination. Essentially, everybody is a visionary. Consider the following quote:
“Throughout the centuries there were men who took first steps down new roads armed with nothing but their own vision. Their goals differed, but they all had this in common: that the step was first, the road new, the vision unborrowed, and the response they received — hatred. The great creators — the thinkers, the artists, the scientists, the inventors — stood alone against the men of their time. Every great new thought was opposed. Every great new invention was denounced. The first motor was considered foolish. The airplane was considered impossible. The power loom was considered vicious. Anesthesia was considered sinful. But the men of unborrowed vision went ahead. They fought, they suffered and they paid. But they won.”
― Ayn Rand, The Fountainhead
I believe this quote refers to each of you. You have the ability to create something amazing with the vision that is in you. The goal you created for this 14- day challenge may seem unrealistic, unimportant or impossible to achieve. You may have created goals in the past, and have been frustrated by the results.
Today’s challenge is going to help you drown out all that negative chatter you have around goals and goal setting. This will help you break through the fog created by negative experiences around goals. You have within you the ability to create great things.
~Here is the Challenge~
This process should take about 10 minutes. You may feel so connected and clear that you will want to do this for longer than 10 minutes. Or multiple times today. That is great!💛
1. Find a quiet place (mine is the bathroom😁...with three kids and a husband, the bathroom is about the only place in our house that is quiet)
2. Begin saying your goal out loud repeatedly, or in your head.
3. As you say your goal, imagine in your mind that you have already accomplished your goal. What does it look like? What are you doing? How are others interacting with you?
4. Now we want you to feel the experience. Do you feel excited? Creative? Happy? Motivated? Confident? Care-free? Empowered? Optimistic? Peaceful? Satisfied? Thankful? Feelings add power to your thoughts. Ignite both your mind and heart.
5. Open up your imagination to new thoughts and ideas that come through you
6. If an inspired action comes through to mind, do it right away. Taking the action creates more visions to be acted upon. The action lets you experience the reward.
7. Write down your experiences with this… What you saw… What you thought… What you felt
8. Share here on the Facebook event page
9: Enjoy the process and let go of expectations

Balancing your Energy Centers

from Becky Jones Energy Work- The purpose of this challenge is to help you recognize and remove any barriers you have by balancing your energy centers.
What is an Energy Center/Chakra? - When we talk about feeling "open" or "closed" to something it is literally true within our bodies. Energy centers are openings for energy flow in and out of our bodies. They are a source of power to help balance, store, and distribute the abundant unseen energy around us, through our bodies. They help fuel our physical, emotional, spiritual and mental functions. There are 7 major centers down the front your body. Each one has a unique function that helps balance who you are.
By opening your connection to this abundant energy around you, and creating open and harmonious energy exchange through your energy centers (aka Chakras), you can more fully utilize the power within you to manifest or realize your goals.
The first step in this exercise is to identify your own energy centers that may not be fully open and harmonious. To do that, I am going to have you do the following:
1. Get out a piece of paper and pen
2. Begin by taking 3 deep cleansing breaths
3. Write down your answers to the following questions (Yes or No) as truthfully as possible. If any part of the question rings true, mark it down as a "yes":
1. Do you tend to be fearful, anxious, have poor boundaries and/or focus?
2. Do you tend to be over emotional, have a hard time being intimate, not being in control or feel a disconnect with your sensuality?
3. Do you often feel often like a victim, have chronic fatigue, digestion issues, or feel out of touch with who you really are?
4. Do you suffer from immune issues, feel misunderstood, or have a hard time showing love?
5. Do you often experience PMS, have thyroid issues, or have a hard time speaking up?
6. Do you often get headaches, have insomnia, anxiety, or tend to over intellectualize things?
7. Do you suffer from a mental illness, depression, or do others view you as controlling or spiritually doubtful?
If you answered YES to any of the questions above (even if it was just one thing within the question) see corresponding number below for your specific daily challenge to help balance your energy centers/chakras (feel free to do them all if you’d like!):

1. Take a walk today outside in nature. Either take off your shoes and walk barefoot on the sand, grass or dirt, or brush your hand over plants as you walk by. Connect with your outdoor surroundings as you ponder on your desired manifestation goal.
2. Deep Emotional Release- Find a quite place, take 3 deep cleansing breaths, and say these words to yourself out loud, “RELEASE… I release all negative emotions and feelings pertaining to past experiences that no longer serve me. I release and tenderly love myself and forgive all. I let go with ease and know that all things are for my learning and growth.” (repeat as needed through the day. Follow your inspiration on this and allow for emotional processing as needed. Positively focus on your manifestation goal today)
3. Get out and do some high intensity exercise today. While you are doing the exercise, positively ponder on your manifestation goal.
4. Go somewhere quiet where you can be alone and stand with your feet firmly planted. Take 3 deep breaths. Imagine roots growing out of your feet through all layers of the earth, and wrapping around the core of the earth. Imagine light moving up the roots toward you and filling your entire body. Positively focus on your manifestation goal.
5. Write down your feelings today. Take a moment to write down how you are feeling in this moment. Fill up a piece of paper. Set an intention to see all of the “safe” people that bless your life today. Focus positively on your challenge manifestation goal.
6. Take 5 minutes today to mediate. Go somewhere quiet, close your eyes, take 3 deep breaths, and focus on your goal in your mind. Let your mind create your vision as needed. If you get side tracked, it’s ok. Just simply bring yourself back to focusing on your challenge goal.
7. Find a quiet place to sit or stand. Take 3 deep breaths and close your eyes. Envision ribbons coming out of the top of your head and going up through the earth’s atmosphere. All the way into the heavens, the unknown. Envision light flowing back down the ribbons and filling your body. Let it flow for a moment, while you are focusing on your manifestation goal.

Create a New Story!

Create a New Story!
As I pondered on what to do for this exercise, the word liberty came to mind. This word is a huge piece of my heart.
Here is some of what it says about liberty in the 1828 Noah Webster dictionary.
“LIB'ERTY, noun [Latin libertas, from liber, free.]”
“Freedom from restraint, in a general sense, and applicable to the body, or to the will or mind. The body is at liberty when not confined; the will or mind is at liberty when not checked or controlled. A man enjoys liberty when no physical force operates to restrain his actions or volitions.”
“Natural liberty consists in the power of acting as one thinks fit, without any restraint or control, except from the laws of nature. It is a state of exemption from the control of others, and from positive laws and the institutions of social life. This liberty is abridged by the establishment of government.”
“Freedom of action or speech beyond the ordinary bounds of civility or decorum.”
In order to act in complete liberty, we need a few things.
1. Awareness and education: The word “book” comes from the same latin root as liberty. Just by reading this, you are increasing your education and awareness! In Historical times, the main thing that separated citizens from slaves was their education! Slaves were not allowed to receive formal learning because they knew that education would lead to the abolition of slavery! I mention this because we are all slaves to something in our lives. We are limited in our liberty because of our lack of understanding of truth in some aspect of our experience.
2. Accountability: I have learned in my quest for freedom that it must begin with individuals. We must choose to be accountable for where we are in our lives and for where our choices have led us. This can be painful sometimes and human nature likes to avoid pain and blame someone or something else for our challenges. But, in order to create lasting change and liberty, we must be willing to face those parts we want to ignore.
3. Changing your story: Once we have been accountable for where we are, it is now time to invite something new into our lives. It takes time and patience sometimes to fully manifest these changes, but planting a new seed is the first step to take. Then, we can nurture it and watch it grow into a mature plant bearing fruit.
4. Love, Gratitude, and patience. As we step out of the old story and into the new, be grateful for all you have learned. Be loving and patient with yourself as you practice the new thoughts, feelings, and habits that contribute to your new story. Sometimes you may slip back into the old story. It’s ok! Keep moving forward with gratitude, love, and patience!
Today’s exercise combines all of these concepts and will create shifts in your mind, heart, and body!
It’s time to upgrade your money story! (Or any other story that is preventing you from manifesting your heart)
Whatever you believe in your heart, will be your experience.
We all have had experiences that have shaped our beliefs and perceptions about money. Set the timer and write for 5 minutes about your money story. What experiences have you had? What choices have you made? What beliefs have you held that have contributed to where you are? When the timer is up, list 3 things that you learned from this story and then express gratitude for that learning.
Now! What is the new perception of money that you would like to upgrade to? Set the timer for 8 minutes and write out what you would like to experience instead. Include all the senses. What does it look like? How does it feel? What are you doing and experiencing? Write it all as if it has already happened. When the timer is up, now express gratitude for this new experience that you have just created into existence.

Take An Inventory

Take An Inventory
by Marnie L Pehrson
I’ve been in business since 1990 and over the years, there have been times of slow cash flow. There have also been times when what I was offering became obsolete due to changes in the marketplace. During these times, and even periodically to explore new options, I take an extensive inventory of everything I have at my disposal.
In doing so, I often find that I have acres of diamonds in my back yard. As you work toward your money goal, there are most likely resources all around you that you can use to generate the income you desire.
In this challenge I’ll share with you the process I go through to inventory my assets to generate quick cash and long term revenue streams.
Gifts, Talents and Interests
First, look at your gifts, talents, and interests. Are you a great listener? Do you give excellent advice? Do you have creative skills? Perhaps you enjoy writing, teaching, speaking, creating crafts, encouraging people, rock climbing, music or yoga. Maybe you’re a whiz at meditation. Maybe you are a baby whisperer.
Make a big list of everything you’re good at – even if you don’t see how in the world it could be monetized.
Resources
You most likely have at your disposal some resources that could be sold or monetized. When you inventory your resources, look at the things around your home or office that you don’t use anymore. Maybe you have some rings you never wear. Maybe you have a car sitting out back that doesn’t run, but could be sold for the metal. Maybe you signed up for a multi-level marketing company and have an excess of product.
I’ll give you an example. I once used a particular fat-burning bar to release 60 pounds. I finally got thin enough that I was starting to lose fat in areas that, as a woman, I wanted to keep. I stopped using the bars and had about 10 boxes at the house. While the company wouldn’t let me sell their products on places like ebay, I did have a mailing list.
I mailed my list and said, “Look, I used these fat burning bars to lose 60 pounds and I don’t need to lose any more fat, but I have 10 boxes here. They normally sell for $14 a box, I’ll let you have 10 boxes for $97. They were sold within hours.
You may have an inventory of your own products. Or maybe there are information products or virtual products you’ve created that you haven’t sold recently. You could pull them out of your archives, give them a fresh face-lift, and re-release them.
Maybe you have an excess inventory of a book you wrote that you could sell. Could you bundle the books with another product or service that you’re offering? I’ve offered copies of 2 of my books when people purchase an hour business consult with me for the same price as a consult.
Also look at tools you own that you haven’t monetized. Maybe you have a garden tiller. Could you till your neighbors’ gardens for them for a fee? If you have an industrial sewing machine and yards of material, could you produce something creative with it and sell it at craft fairs? Maybe you have some video editing software and you know how to use it. Could you offer video editing services?
Services
What services do you currently offer, if any? Have you offered services in the past that you could offer again? Maybe you could teach a craft class or piano lessons. For years I taught people how to use computer software from my home. Then I started going out to businesses and teaching their staff how to use software specifically for their company’s needs.
If you’re great with kids, you might offer babysitting or daycare services. If you’re fantastic at decorations, maybe you could do party planning. If you make delicious healthy meals, maybe you could become a personal chef who prepares a week of healthy meals and brings them to people.
Start looking at your gifts, interests and talents and how they could be massaged into services you offer. Or perhaps they could be turned into information products where you teach other people how to do what you know to do. Or maybe you could offer classes at a local community center. Perhaps you could find a rent-by-the-hour office complex and offer classes there. Some local vocational schools hire people to teach classes. Check in your area for opportunities.
People
Lastly, but certainly not least, inventory the people in your life – especially the people you know who have connections or who have special skills, talents, products or services. How could you joint venture with these people?
It may be that your own teenager has special skills. I was at a mastermind recently and the woman running the mastermind had a 17-year-old daughter who was great at photography. While the mastermind was going on, her daughter did head shots for anyone who wanted one for $36.
This expanded the value of the woman’s mastermind and gave her daughter a way to generate her own income. When you help your children create their own income, that saves you money! Saved money is found money!
If you’re an essential oils rep, you might buddy up with someone who is good at marketing. He or she could come train your team. This would enhance the success of your team and perhaps if someone on your team wanted to purchase the marketing consultant’s products or services you could make an affiliate commission on the sale.
How could you enrich what you do for your existing clients and customers by creating joint-products and services with others?
How can you earn affiliate commissions by introducing people to what other people are offering?
As you gather your inventory, open your mind to the possibilities. It may be that you come up with an idea that will work really well for you in the next 3 months. It may not be something you want to do long term, but it’s a quick cash crop for you. Other ideas may be more long-term producers.
As you create revenue streams think of them as a garden. You have your summer produce like beans, squash, and cucumbers. They grow for a few months and you can preserve them for later. But they aren’t going to keep growing long term. Then there are fruit trees that may not generate anything edible for years, but when they do start producing, they’ll feed you for a lifetime.
As you review your inventory, look for the short term producers and the long-harvest crops. Have a healthy mix of both.
So it’s your turn. Take out a piece of paper and go through these areas and inventory what you have at your disposal. Then get creative on finding the acres of diamonds in your own back yard.

Work with your Eyes Open

"Work With your Eyes Open"
By Brian Lamprey
I am a pool builder by trade. For a long time, I had been going to work daily without much thought to what I was doing. I would put my head down, put my time in and go home. I was consigned to the idea that ‘This is what I do.’ ‘This is my life.’ I was not fulfilled. I wanted more. I did not enjoy work, and I was living paycheck to paycheck.
I decided to wake up. I began opening up to the fact that I could be and do what I wanted . I began asking questions about myself and my scenario. I chose to see myself as a business owner. I saw opportunities to grow and develop my talents while remaining in the same line of work. I began seeing that I am the master of my destiny.
I call this ‘working with my eyes open’. Doing this has opened doors, created opportunities, and instilled confidence in me.
I have become bolder in who I am and what I want. I used to focus mostly on what I do not want. Now I take actions that create business growth and personal growth. Working with my head down was getting me nowhere fast. Working with my eyes open is opening up my world.
Today’s Challenge:
-Make a decision to work with your eyes open today, whether at a job, in school, or in the home.
-Look around you and decide what you would like to be different.
-Ask yourself questions about what you can do to change and improve things. (Focus only on what you can do)
-Write down at least 3 ideas that come to mind.
-Act immediately on at least one of those ideas

Sink Into It

Sink Into It -
As a birth doula, part of my role is to keep tense mamas relaxed during their labors. I remind women how powerful and absolutely capable they are when the rubber meets the road and their labors get a rocking and rollin'. In almost every birth I've ever attended there comes a time when fear takes over and that exhausted, sweaty, anxious mama cries out, "I can't do this"!
I've seen mothers literally try and crawl over and out of the top of their elevated hospital beds. Many women tense so tightly; feeling the need to clutch and squeeze. They can literally cut off the blood flow to their partner's hand with a death grip. I have seen a mother try and pull out her IV in hopes of making a great escape. Some refuse to push when it comes time because they're experiencing the "ring of fire" and it hurts like hell. But, I tell them once they push past it...pushing actually feels good-- providing both a sense of empowerment and RELIEF!
My role throughout is to convince them that they CAN and they WILL birthe their baby. And to remind them that fighting against the pain makes it so much worse than it really is. In fact, I am known to say (more often than not), "Just SINK into the contraction... breathe and relax into it. Imagine you're melting into warm soft sand or laying back into a gentle oceanic current...come on Mama, sigh with me and welcome your next contraction". The difference in how the latter type of birthing both looks and feels is mind blowing! Women find their rhythm and relax. It's a beautiful thing to watch this shift from fight to surrender. It's transforming.
So today my question and challenge is this: What are you trying to BIRTHE? How are you fighting against yourself? Are you gripping tightly and white knuckling through-- or are you sinking into your project, business or vision? Giving birth is HARD. I don't sugar coat it with my mama's to be. But, I will tell you what I remind them of--it's the ONLY way you get to hold and see your 'baby'...
Today's Challenge:
1. Identify something you're trying to birth or create?
2. Ask yourself if you're in the early or active stage of birthing? Or perhaps you're ready to bear down and push, but you desperately want to crawl up over the bed and escape. Don't do it! You're almost there! PUSH! GRUNT! There's no way to out, but THROUGH My Darlings. You CAN do it. You were made for this. Picture in your mind actually what it would feel like to see and hold the fruition of all of your hard work. What does it look like...feel like? Maybe you need a birthing partner or cheerleader to support you through this. Who would you choose? Pick someone who believes in you and your ability to do this! Reach out to them TODAY.
3. If you're in the early or active stage of your labor-- what's one or two (or maybe even three) steps you can take today that gets you closer to the actual birth or manifestation of your goal or project? Don't run. Don't hide. Don't panic. Don't stop. BEAR DOWN! Show up and SINK into the work, the pain, the fear... meet and greet it ALL. By so doing, you're speeding up your entire labor progress.
4. Lastly, journal about your experience in detail. This activity would lend itself well to art journaling (my favorite). Come back to these pages and add to them throughout the birthing experience of your project/goal. You are AMAZING! Write about it! You BIRTHED this from beginning to end. You deserve to celebrate. Don't forget to write about the Afterbirth!

Live the Platinum Rule

Live the Platinum Rule for One Day - Lane Monson
Live the Platinum Rule for One Day: We all know the Golden Rule by heart, “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.” While I have always loved the Golden Rule and have tried to live it, I’ve come to realize within the past year or so that there is a deeper and more meaningful way to serve. This deeper way to serve is called the Platinum Rule, “Do unto others as they would have you do unto them”. When I compare these two virtuous rules, here is what stands out to me. While they both have a positive impact on others, one of them is more self-focused vs. others-focused. The one focuses more on what “I” would want if I were in your position vs. on what “you” actually need or desire. One focuses on truly knowing and understanding the needs of another vs. assuming you know. This may seem like a small nuance, but the impact of serving with understanding vs. serving by guessing is monumental.
The best analogy or parable I can think of is a lesson taught to me by the wife of one of my best friends. She was once the leader of a large women’s service and relief organization for her church congregation. Once she stepped into the role, and the mantle was placed upon her, she quickly discovered that while much service was being rendered to women and families, the depth and meaning of that service was not being felt, by either the givers or the receivers. Specifically, she noticed that when a family was struggling, it was customary to assign one of the group members to take a hot meal into that family’s home each evening until the family had made it through their trial or tragedy. This was not at all a bad thing, but it was an example of the golden rule, not the platinum rule. This inspired leader recognized a deficiency and decided to lead by example.
What she decided to do was to focus on those who were suffering the most, and to truly get to know them. When someone needed help she would show up at their house, dressed in her grubby clothes and carrying a bucket, a mop, some rags, some cleaning solutions, a small plastic tub, some soap, and some foot cream or lotion. She would then survey the home and in most cases, saw that things needed picked up and cleaned up, and often there were children running around making things even messier. So, this true sister then commenced to help with anything the children needed, such as a bath, diapers changed, to be dressed in their pajamas. Next, was working under the direction of the one being served to do some basic pick-up and clean-up, either on her own or alongside the recipient. And finally, once the house was back in order, she filled the small tub with warm water, asked the mom to sit down in a comfortable chair, placed her feet in the tub, washed them, and then lovingly applied the foot lotion or cream. It was during this tender time that she really came to understand what was happening in the lives of those in her flock, and how best to serve them in the future.
As we serve we open ourselves to receiving many forms of riches; richer relationships, richer jobs and careers, businesses that thrive (because customers feel served), less stress, reduced depression, greater motivation to reach our goals, and feelings of fulfillment and being deserving of all we ask for and receive. Let’s all benefit from this challenge today by doing the following:
Step 1: At the end of each conversation, text messaging session, or email exchange that you have today, let each person you connect with know that you have been issued a challenge, and that is to find ways to live the Platinum Rule for one day. ***Modification: if you are only able to do this for even 1 or 2 people, that is ok. Feel good about doing just what you can***. Then ask them if they know what the Platinum Rule is. Feel free to answer their questions about the Platinum Rule and then ask them this question, “How may I serve you today in a way that you need to be served?”
Step 2: Many people will feel uncomfortable responding to your request and asking you for something, so pause for a moment to give them time to process your request. If they try to dismiss it, then let them know that if they cannot come up with a specific request, then you will need to come up with something yourself, which may not meet their needs. If they still cannot come up with something, let them know that you will, and that you will send them a text message with what it is. Make sure that you make at least one small commitment to serve every person you speak with.
Step 3: Next, make sure to make a list of each commitment you make, both large and small. Some examples might be: delivering a plant or flower / writing a note to tell them just how much they mean to you or how grateful you are to have them in your life / or spending time with them brainstorming on how to improve their business, or a struggling relationship, or an issue with a child / baking them a cake / taking them to lunch / ordering a book from Amazon and shipping it to them. The possibilities are endless, and you will benefit in ways you may not even recognize initially.
Step 4: Have fun and remember that when you do good for others it will come back to you in unexpected ways.

"Give and Receive"

Give and Receive
By Martina Muir
Breathe in. Breathe out. In and out.
This is one of the most basic patterns in life. It is everywhere we look. You can see it in nature such as the waves of the sea or our relationship with trees where we give carbon dioxide and breathe oxygen and they take in carbon dioxide and give oxygen. You can see it in creation such the rhythm of lovemaking where one gives and the other receives. And you can see it in spiritual teachings such as the lyrics to a song I often sing in my church “Because I Have Been Given Much, I, too, Must Give”. It’s everywhere.
In manifesting our goals and desires, this is one of the most powerful principles. It taps into the universal laws of creation (the spiral and back and forth energy), the Law of the Vacuum (a void must be filled) and the Divine Law of Compensation (where loss or the sacrifices we make can qualify us to receive blessings to compensate and bless us) . It also taps into other basic humanity and spiritual laws where when we love and serve others, we can also receive good things, aka karma.
Let me reiterate this. IN ORDER TO GIVE - WE MUST RECEIVE. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE - WE MUST GIVE. They are one in the same.
A few years ago, I was seeking to understand this concept deeper. I read, prayed, and meditated. I asked questions and sought answers. The best answer came during a meditation where a visual unfolded in front of my eyes that changed my perspective and to this day, greatly influences me.
The meditation style that I used was one where I asked a question or set a strong intention and allowed the answer to come. At first, I saw a tree filled with golden and luscious fruit. I walked up to the tree and ate. It was the most delicious thing I’ve ever eaten! I could feel the light and love buzzing through my body as I ate. The impression came that it was symbolic of the Divine Love, Light, and Blessings that were awaiting me in this life.
I could almost hear the Tree/Divine say to me “Come, Eat. Take as much as you want”. It was as if it leaned its branches forward trying to give me all the fruit it had. I felt myself shyly asking for one fruit to feed my hungry soul for that day. And the Tree kept reaching forward as if it said “Take as much as you want”. I felt a little embarrassed because I didn’t want to seem greedy. So I took one to eat now and one to eat later. But then the understanding came into my mind that any fruit saved until tomorrow would spoil so the fruit must be eaten today and I must return each day to ask for more.
I started to gain some courage. The next day I came to the tree with a bucket and filled it up for my family to each have a fruit. The Tree still encouraged me to take all I want, or could take. I came again and this time with two buckets. One for my family and one to give away.
I saw myself walking away from the tree with fruit to give away. People started to appear on the path. The first was an emaciated and hungry homeless man. When I gave him a fruit it transformed into a feast before him. Next, I saw a naked woman. My instinct was to flinch and wonder why my mind would show me a perverse image. Instead, I continued the meditation objectively to see what message lay within. When I gave the woman fruit, colorful energy swirled around her body and it turned into clothes. I continued to be shown a few other scenarios where the shared fruit blessed others and filled their need.
Finally, I understood. The next image I had was me pulling up to the tree with a dump truck so I could fill it completely and have plenty for myself, family and have enough to give away. I could feel the possibilities and was excited at the prospect of good things this fruit could do. The final image shown was seeing myself and each of my children backing dump trucks up to the tree and we filled each of them to the brim. Oh what a JOY!
This is what is in store for us. They are not separate but one in the same. It is the breathe of manifesting and creating. Just as we would die from lack of oxygen if we only breathed out and never in, we will not be able to manifest or create to our full potential if we only give and not receive. Or be focused on receiving and never giving. If you find an imbalance in your give/receive cycle think of it like a wheels on a machine with one stuck cog. Once we dislodge that one cog then the others start to move again.
CHALLENGE ACTIVITY
1. GIVE:
Yesterday’s challenge was such a great activity for the GIVE part of this principle. So make sure you do that activity because it will tie into this one! And to enhance the experience even more you can also think about the goal you are wanting to manifest (or receive) and give at least equal or more of that in energy, value, or investment. You can even expand to giving even when people don’t know such as releasing someone from a debt or obligation. Really the possibilities are endless.
RECEIVE:
Now this is what I want to really focus on today. And that is the power of RECEIVING.
How does it feel to receive something we desire? How does it feel when someone serves us without asking anything in return? Really think about what that looks and feels like. Pay attention to any thoughts or feelings where you may want to try to push the receiving away.
Did you know we receive things each day that often go unnoticed? It’s true. So the activity today is to do two specific things.
1. Pay attention to the things that come to you throughout the day. It could be someone offering to help you, or a kind word, or a free gift somewhere, or even a beautiful sunset or flowers to bring a smile to your face. DO NOT TURN any of them away - accept them as they come.
2. ***This is probably the most difficult thing most people struggle with so make this a priority today *** ASK for something you want to receive. It could align with your goal you are manifesting. Or it could be something simple like asking for someone to bring you something, help you, or it could be something that takes a little more courage like asking for a raise at work. ASK for what you WANT. Remember “Ask and it shall be given unto you.” It is a crucial step in receiving our heart’s desires.
A Personal Experience:
I saw a big miracle of using this activity last Christmas. I was wanting to create more income for my family. I stated the amount of income increase I wanted, prayed, meditated, imagined it happening, and then set out to give away at least that much in any way I could. I released my desire and outcome specifics to God and looked for ways He would provide. I had homeschool curriculum that was worth a lot of money that I gave away for free. I had a piece of furniture that I was going to sell on a yard sale Facebook group and instead posted it as free to the first person to pick up. I gave a few free coaching sessions away to clients. I volunteered at my church for a project. And I served my children and family with extra intention and love. I asked my friends for business referrals. Amazingly within the month, I had many new clients show up and three of them said “I want to prepay and schedule regularly” so I was able to receive a lump sum (to help for Christmas) and a steady client base and they continued beyond those first few sessions. I promise you this works!

"Play"

“Play keeps us vital and alive. It gives us an enthusiasm for life that is irreplaceable. Without it, life just doesn’t taste good.” Luccia Capacchione
Why play?
I specialize in grief and loss and over the course of several years I have worked with many who have experienced grief through the death of a loved one. As I ran support groups and helped them work through the suffocating emotions of grief, we had moments where they had the opportunity to reminisce about their loved one and more often than not the memories they were drawn to, cherished and treasured more than most were the ones that brought a big smile to their face. The moments they went back to in their mind were memories of laughter, fun and PLAY. Play is a beautiful part of what makes life precious and sweet and where we hold some of our dearest and fondest memories. The ones that tend to matter most in the end.
When I work with a client in a session, what usually comes up is old energy related to beliefs embedded deep inside of them. They are stuck and usually have been for a while and can’t seem to get to a place of feeling like things are flowing. It feels stagnant and stale. They want life to flow and are looking to move forward with new energy. They especially feel stuck when it comes to relationships or money and can’t seem to get unstuck. Flow feels free and fluid like and feels like movement is finally happening. Flow can actually be easily accessed through the activity of PLAY.
I think back to being a little girl and how I used to play. It was in play that I learned to envision goals, dreams and aspirations. I had a vivid imagination and there was nothing I couldn’t create in my mind. Anything was possible in my world of play. It brought the future into the present moment to where I could grab a hold of it and exist in whatever world I wanted to create at the time. In play I feel expansive, I feel I let go of life and just start living in the moment. Play is actually the very energy of flow we are seeking in our lives when we feel stuck.
Play is invaluable to children as it helps them to use their creativity, learn social skills, find pleasure and enjoyment and is actually vital to the development of the brain.
When did play become a luxury to us as adults?
Today I encourage you to go play! Play encompasses so many things! It’s a letting go of the daily grind, stresses and anxieties and learning to explore, discover, live in the moment and usually involves fun! It can also be a state of rest where you are able to let go and read a book or play a game. It’s a place to detach from the struggles and feel the freedom to live!
Challenge:
You’ve worked hard on your money manifesting goal and even had a chance to celebrate it! Now let’s play!!!
Below are some suggestions on what you can do to get into the flow and really bring the energy of play into your life and with your money!
*Go play and imagine you are playing out the moment your money is coming to you. Act it out and use your imagination like you would as a child. No limitations.
*Write down ways you want to play with your money. What fun things do you want to be able to do with money? Get creative and have fun!
*Use sidewalk chalk and draw out all the parts of your manifestation goal and play hopscotch and hop into it.
*Choose an activity that feels like play to you and fully live it today!
Take it a step further : A few weeks back, in my prosperity mastermind, we decided to play big. We played a game where we each spoke out loud, different parts of what a perfect day in our lives would look like- What would be doing? What would our bank accounts look like? Where would we be? The person who was envisioning their perfect day stood in the middle and everyone else took on a part of embodying that person’s perfect day For example: One person played being the publisher calling them on the phone, telling them they needed order more books because their book sales were sky rocketing, another person played being the checking account and letting them know how much money was coming in and continuing to increase, another person acted as their travel agent letting them know all the places they were travelling to and how fun it was. Every part of their perfect dream day was embodied in the play. Everyone pretended to be handing the person in the center lots and lots ofmoney. We were all playing and participating in each other’s dreams and it was FUN! We used our imagination to play and have fun with each other. When I was the person in the middle, I felt exhilarated, excited and supported and I wanted to stay in and bask in the joy of it all. Do this activity with your family today and allow everyone a turn in the middle to feel supported in their dream and feel the magic of play!
Just PLAY!
You have stayed committed to this goal and vision for 14 days! Way to go! It’s a wonderful thing to stay focused on a goal and to allow yourself to do some activities to support it! No doubt there has been some movement in your goal whether you are seeing the results right now or not. Keep holding fast to the vision of what you set out to accomplish in the first place. My saying is “that which you focus on increases” so the more you stay focused on what you want, the more it will increase in your life.

Let go of Judgement

Every so often I catch something especially sneaky making its way into my conversations, my thoughts and my interactions: judgment. It comes off as innocent at first, but I always wind up feeling sad and disconnected. That’s because judgment quietly but swiftly drains your happiness and blocks you from inner peace. Read on for how to be happier…
Judgment weakens your power and literally saps your strength. I recently felt this firsthand when I noticed myself casually trash-talking. I wasn’t necessarily saying anything really mean or untrue, but it was trash-talking nonetheless. Afterwards I felt awful. My energy was low and I was weak. After witnessing how my words had weakened my power, I decided to change my ways. That moment I started counting how many days I could refrain from judgement. It’s been seven days now and I feel more energized, more connected to others and more powerful! In the past seven days I’ve had judgmental thoughts but I haven’t pursued them. When I notice judgement arise, I forgive the thought and choose again. This commitment to release judgement is setting me free.
Judgment keeps you from pace. The reason is simple: Judgment creates separation. A Course in Miracles says, “The ego cannot survive without judgment. The ego seeks to divide and separate. Spirit seeks to unify and heal.” Though judgment may be our default, unity is our truth. The moment we release judgment, unity is restored. Each shift from judgment to unity is a miracle. Join me in counting days of judgment and raising our high vibes! Gabby Bernstein

Mirror Work

Positive affirmations plant healing thoughts and ideas that support you in developing self-confidence and self esteem, and creating peace of mind and inner joy.
The most powerful affirmations are those you say out loud when you are in front of your mirror.
Why?
"I am safe!" — Louise Hay #affirmations #positive #quotes #happinessBecause the mirror reflects back to you the feelings you have about yourself. It makes you immediately aware of where you are resisting and where you are open and flowing. It clearly shows you what thoughts you will need to change if you want to have a joyous, fulfilling life.

The ISTJ Personality

Memory and Effectiveness - Honoring structures and tradition white creating systems to get things done. ISTJ are very industrious.

10 year old position - In touch with how things are making them feel. Can cause them to be over sensitive, which makes it difficult to make relationship. It becomes necessary to create systems to not allow feelings to get in the way of relationships and be able to stay in leadership position.

ISTJ - Can be sensitive, creates prides. More sensitive then they let people know. Creates a brick wall demeanor. Very careful about who they let in. Very responsible personality type, buy likes to participate in childlike play. Quirky sense of humor.

Letter to a Light Worker

Letter to a Lightworker:

I believe that you came into this life with a deep inner knowing of what you were here to do and an inner guidance system to make it happen.

I’m not talking a carefully laid out path which comes with an instruction manual, rather an unshakable deep seeded knowing that you’re here for a reason, there is serious work to do and the universe will support you in doing it.

I believe until you answer this calling you will always feel like there is something missing and something you have forgotten. No matter what you use to numb it out, it will be there. The only way to stop the calling is to answer it.

I believe that your message is so deeply engrained in you that sometimes it’s hard to realise that everyone doesn’t think like you. They don’t.

I believe you chose your parents. No matter how hard or soft, rich or poor, light or dark, old or young, present or not, kind or troubled – you chose them. And with this simple selection you were put in exactly the right place and given exactly what you need to inspire you to rise up, up into yourself. To take your position.

I believe that your tragedies, your losses, your sorrows, your hurt happened for you not to you. And I bless the thing that broke you down and cracked you open because the world needs you open.

I believe that life lessons are less about getting it right and more about getting it wrong.

I believe that you are more on track than you feel, even if you don’t feel it – especially if you don’t feel it. For the further you get off track, the closer you actually are to abandoning the wrong one and leaping over to the right one.

I believe that you are closer than you think and more qualified in your message than you could ever fathom.

I believe that the things that you are here to teach are the very things that you most need to learn, and that the best teachers are the ones that struggle the most because when they get it they get it with a triple smack down.

I believe that you are surrounded by your own personal team of angels, guides and teachers both in this world and beyond that are so completely devoted to your growth that if you knew, you would not spend one more day worrying about things working out. And if you could see things from their viewpoint… each time you’d see a challenge, you would meet it with a cheer.

I believe in you. And us. And all of this.

And so it is.

The Strength of Women

Women act with their heart. They go forward vulnerable, soft and strong. A woman will guide and direct according to the feelings of the heart and bring about mighty change in the world.
When women are in unity, they are unstoppable. They build each other up and lift each other out of darkness to see the light once more. I have seen them hold space for safety and security for one another. When they do that, their strength grows, changes, and combines to create beauty and harmony.
Women can truly change the world. Their influence isn’t loud and brash, but refined, sweet, and flowing. It is the most magnificent thing I have had the honor to witness. The Strength of Women

Gratitude Every Day

There are many ways that you can “do” gratitude, but one thing is for sure, daily is important.
Person writing in a journalOne of the most common and easy to implement methods of building gratitude into your daily practice is with a Gratitude Journal. Simply take a notebook, which can be lined or not, and date it with today’s date. You could use a “journal” if you want, or a $.70 notebook. I use a Panda Planner, which has space to write down the top three things I’m grateful for each day. If you’re artistic and like to express through drawing, you can doodle pictures of the things you’re grateful for. There is power in writing things down, so I recommend you write rather than type, but do what you prefer—and what you know you can follow through on.
Being intentionally grateful doesn’t have to take a long time. In fact, start with just 2 minutes! It may expand from there, but 2 minutes is enough to get you in the mindset of gratitude and begin experiencing all of those awesome side-effects that I referenced earlier.Gratitude Every Day

Divine Light

What is Divine Light?
Light is the greatest energy there is and is absolutely essential to bring forth into the world. It is the connection to God’s love and wisdom. Everything is empowered by Light. Beyond evolution there is Light. Within all beings is Light. Embracing all is God’s Light. Focus on this Light strengthens and empowers us. It is the one action that can assist all situations with the blessing of Light. Light carries God’s intelligence and Love. From Light all comes into being. Into Light all dissolves. Light is the thread that carries communication with all that is. When people begin to use the gift of light, it will change their being. Conscious use of this attribute is the most simple asset offered by God. Focus on Divine Light clears away the darkness of confusion and hatred. Light changes all efforts into Divine use of the gifts. The Angels live in the Light and offer their assistance to all who call this light into their lives. The rewards are great. Risk is small. Allow Light to empower your work and every journey you face in Life. Allow Light to enlighten you. Light is the one constant within all the world’s religions. They all speak of the Light. Divine Light
